I feel a little embarrassed admitting this because I thought I was picking something more unique, but the designs ended up feeling similar to what I’ve seen everywhere else. They don’t look bad or anything, they’re just not very memorable and didn’t really have that special style I was hoping for.

I ordered a personalized card and liked how many choices there were for the text and style. Like I said, the options were really good, and the card ended up looking nice. It did take me a little bit to figure out the preview part, and like I said, I just wish the editing felt a bit smoother. But overall I was happy with it and would probably use it again

I ordered from PAPYRUS and ended up needing a refund. They did eventually give me my money back, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to follow up, and at one point I got transferred around, which was annoying because I felt like I had to explain the same thing again. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but the whole refund process could definitely be smoother.

The return process was way more of a hassle than I expected. I kept getting bounced around in the support loop and had to follow up twice just to get things moving. I did eventually get my refund, but it took too long and the whole thing was annoying.

and yeah, I was able to find what I needed, but the whole process felt a bit clunky. Checkout worked in the end, it just took longer than I expected...

I ordered from papyrusonline.com and the checkout process was, thankfully, very normal in the best way. The pages loaded without me sitting there pretending to be patient, the payment went through the first time, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I also appreciated not having to create some overly involved account or retype the same info over and over. Very calm, very smooth, absolutely not something I had to silently stress about. I’d use it again.

I kept comparing what I paid to what I actually got, and the pattern was clear: the price felt higher than the quality or amount justified. It wasn’t terrible, but for me it didn’t add up, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered a handful of cards from PAPYRUS, and I was happy with how everything turned out. The designs looked just like they did online, and the paper felt nicer than a lot of the cards I’ve bought from places like Target or general stationery sites.
Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was reasonable, and everything arrived in good shape except one envelope that had a small bend. Not a huge deal for me. I’d probably order from them again when I want something that feels a little more special than the usual drugstore card.

PAPYRUS has some really nice card designs, and I’ll give them credit for having a decent variety. A few were cute and stood out, but a lot of them felt either too busy or a little old fashioned for what I was looking for. I did eventually find something that worked, but it took longer than it should have. I was frustrated enough that I felt like this was worth bringing up, because the site could really use more clean, simple, modern options

The cards themselves were fine, but the box showed up crushed and looking really messy. I had planned to give it as part of a gift, but the packaging looked so bad that it kind of ruined that idea. Disappointing

I’m always a little cautious buying paper because I don’t want to end up stuck with something flimsy, but this one was actually really nice. It feels thick, prints clean, and I’ve had no issues so far. Happy with it.

I mostly just cared that it arrived on time and without any drama, and that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t pay attention to much else because there wasn’t really anything to complain about. Easy delivery, no hassle

My order was mostly correct, but one of the card designs was the wrong one. Not a total disaster since I can still use it, but it’s annoying, honestly. Like, how do you mess up one card design, you dingus?

Well... I used to really enjoy browsing Papyrus online, but lately the selection feels limited. I was trying to find a nice birthday card and maybe some gift wrap, but so much of it either looked really similar or was out of stock. The designs are still fine, I just expected more variety. it was a little disappointing.

These cards feel nice and sturdy in hand. Overall, the paper quality is "good" and they hold up well

I’d say it’s kind of on the pricey side for what you actually get. It’s not terrible, but for roughly this amount, I expected a little more.

I ordered a couple of cards super last minute and figured there was no way they’d get here in time!!

But they shipped much faster than I expected and arrived in great condition. Such a nice surprise — I’ll definitely use PAPYRUS again the next time I forget a birthday lol!!

I paid extra for the gift packaging and it showed up bent and messy. It felt rushed and just didn’t look nice enough to give someone as a present

I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it never applied. It was frustrating because I expected the discount to work, and when it didn’t, I just felt like another ticket number instead of someone they were actually trying to help.

I ordered a few cards from papyrusonline.com and the shipping wasn’t bad at all. Like, you know how some sites show one price and then suddenly tack on a bunch of random fees at checkout? Didn’t really feel like that here. The cost seemed fair, and the package showed up fine, so no complaints...
